Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury diamond store.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Assisting with daily stock counts and inventories
  • Providing excellent after-care service to customers
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of premium or luxury sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The Package

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus commission on sales. We also provide employee training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
