The Pokémon Company International is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist, Art Approval to join our team in London. As a key member of our brand management team, you will be responsible for upholding the vision and standards of the Pokémon brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve character art assets to ensure they meet our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support various business initiatives and projects.
  • Provide project support and coordination as needed.
  • Translate documents and disseminate information as required.

Requirements:

  • Three to four years of relevant professional experience or equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Near-native or fluent level language in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking). Project management experience is a plus.
