About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Colleague to join our team at Tesco Montrose. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work well within a team, communicating openly with colleagues.
  • Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
