About the Role

At Tesco, we're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive their shopping on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Load and unload vans safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Need
  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license with at least 12 months' experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
