About the Role

Giant Eagle is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Curbside Personal Shopper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately select, bag, and stage grocery orders for guests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide unparalleled guest service, consistently striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the collection, loading, and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
  • Provide assistance with online grocery customers via phone and in-person, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store offerings, enabling you to make informed recommendations and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.

Requirements

  • 0-6 months of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Working towards a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Age requirement: at least 16 years old.
