  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to our consultants and providing excellent customer service.
  • Effective management of candidate communication, including email, text, and phone correspondence.
  • Ensuring accurate database management to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Contributing to the smooth operation of the office by undertaking various administrative tasks.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of around £14,400-17,600 per annum, dependent on experience.

  • An organized and proactive approach, combined with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems.
  • Previous experience with CRM's or databases would be beneficial.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
