About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a critical data centre site in East London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility's electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of generators and plant rooms to ensure they are functioning correctly
  • Maintain AHUs and FCUs to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform high and low voltage switching as required
  • Oversee CRAH units and VAVs to ensure efficient operation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)
  • HVAP (Desired but not essential)
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and critical environments
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
