Job Summary:
The Mission Critical Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Citigroup's mission critical facilities worldwide. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and implementation of corporate standards for design, construction, and operation of critical facilities.
  • Oversee the coordination with internal teams to ensure capacity planning for new projects meets requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain consistent critical facility operations standards and critical engineering best practices.
  • Manage Incident and Outage Response, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
  • Relevant experience managing engineering and operational management of mission critical facilities.
  • Clear technical understanding of Critical Facilities operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
