We are seeking an experienced Critical Infrastructure Technician to join our Data Centre Shift Team at Nexus Careers Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for all critical infrastructure during planned and reactive tasks, ensuring high levels of availability for the site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist and coordinate subcontractors/vendors during planned, reactive, or project tasks, following site procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Identify and rectify defects through the helpdesk, ensuring prompt resolution within SLA timeframes.
  • Address customer and helpdesk queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate subcontractor capabilities before issuing work permits.
  • Comply with all company policies and Critical Engineering Management guidelines.
  • Maintain water systems and records in accordance with L8 legislation.
  • Offer creative solutions and recommendations to improve processes, facilities, and systems.

Compensation and Perks:

  • Base salary: $43,400 per year.
  • Shift premium: $6,000 per year.
  • Overtime pay: 1.75 times regular rate, Monday to Friday; 1.75 times regular rate, Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
