About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Operations Administrator to join our team and help us deliver these services to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of our services to members
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team
  • Help to develop and implement business processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
