About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our team at Baston House School in Bromley, Greater London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers to provide high-quality education to students with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities to students with autism and complex needs
  • Assisting students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students who may be experiencing challenging behaviors
