About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Information Protection Senior Advisor to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our security team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Identity-based security solutions that help us enforce the principle of Least Privilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance for testing by external auditors.

  • Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within our Identity & Access Management tools based on team requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and better user experience.
  • Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
  • Lead the drive for automating solutions.
  • Ensure stable and secure environments.
  • Performance troubleshooting and recommendations.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance.
  • Support 24x7 on call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
  • Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
