We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Associate to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying levels of need, promoting independence and dignity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of person-centered care and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. In return, we offer competitive pay rates starting from £11.68 per hour (including holiday pay), flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
