Health and Social Care Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our care team to provide support and assistance to individuals in need.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) for a fixed term of 18 months. The successful candidate will be working towards the full role of Health and Social Care Officer (N4).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of care plans by carrying out personal care tasks, practical and hygiene tasks, and assistance with financial, social, and recreational activities.
Work closely with service users and carers within the care plan, ensuring the promotion of individual rights to dignity, respect, and choice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should have a clear motivation for undertaking an Apprenticeship in Level 2 Adult Care Worker. A Level 2 qualification in Maths & English (equivalent to a GCSE grade 4 / C or above) is also required.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow work instructions and work within strict guidelines, including policies and procedures. Shift work and unsociable hours may be involved.
Estimated Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum.
