Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our Active Care Group team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, while working collaboratively with other team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting with rehabilitation programs and increasing independence
  • Supporting clients with personal relationships and leisure activities
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full clean UK driving license and confidence to drive automatic vehicles

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour (weekdays), £14.04 per hour (weekends), and £9.35 per hour for sleep-in shifts. Our benefits package includes opportunities for career development, a supportive work environment, and a chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
