Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our Centre Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of operational staff to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver events, activities, and promotions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Centre Management Team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Duty Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for the leisure industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
