Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our Centre Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our leisure centre, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver high-quality services and activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and budgets to drive centre performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve centre operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a duty management or similar role, preferably in a leisure or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to respond to variable demands.
  • Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
