Telecom Solutions Executive

Nine Twenty Recruitment is seeking a Telecom Solutions Executive to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the region.
Job DescriptionYou will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Your main objective will be to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets through effective business development strategies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and increased revenue through upselling.
- Understand client needs and propose customized telecom solutions, demonstrating how our services can solve business challenges.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market demands to adjust business development strategies.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns, and coordinate with Technical and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update CRM regularly to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the telecom industry or a closely related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom solutions, such as cloud-based telephony, unified communications, and network connectivity.
- Skills:
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and adept at handling negotiations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Ability: Capable of analysing client needs, understanding market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
