About the Role

Care Direct 24 is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive the company's growth. This role involves forming strategic and innovative partnerships with various stakeholders to secure new care and support packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to secure new care and support contracts.
  • Build Strong Partnerships with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to acquire adaptable properties for individuals with additional needs.
  • Lead the Preparation and Submission of tenders and framework agreements, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the Main Point of Contact for stakeholders, including RSLs, Local Authorities, and ICBs.
  • Represent the Company at meetings, conferences, and industry events, positioning Care Direct 24 as a leading provider in the complex care sector.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in business development within the health and social care sector.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of the complex care landscape and experience working with diverse care needs.
  • Experience Working with RSLs, Local Authorities, ICBs, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Successful Track Record in creating innovative partnerships, completing tenders, and securing framework agreements.
  • Strong Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to Work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience Collaborating with senior management to align business opportunities with strategic goals.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary of £45k - £60k depending on experience.
