**Finance Director Opportunity**
We are partnering with a Private Equity backed services business with a strong growth trajectory, seeking a qualified Finance Director to lead the finance function strategically and operationally.
The successful candidate will join the business as the Financial Director, responsible for leading a small transactional team and taking ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
The role will include:
- Strategic finance planning and financial modeling
- Supporting with M&A and due diligence on key acquisitions
- Financial business partnering and broader commercial business activities
- Leading a small finance team and implementing financial cost controls
- Providing finance business partnering support to the SLT and implementing KPIs and performance reporting
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional with experience in a Private Equity backed business, preferably in a Finance Director or Financial Controller role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the finance function strategically and operationally
- Develop and implement financial plans and models
- Support M&A and due diligence activities
- Provide finance business partnering support to the SLT
- Implement financial cost controls and scalable procedures
**Requirements:**
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional
- Experience in a Private Equity backed business
- Strong financial planning and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
