Marks Sattin Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement a comprehensive budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end reporting, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to the management team.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other external partners.
- Cash-flow Management: Oversee cash-flow management, ensuring the business has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic financial plans, driving business growth and profitability.
- Due Diligence: Provide financial assistance and due diligence support for potential acquisitions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the financial implications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a sizeable finance team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
