Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving growth in the residential conveyancing sector? We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at O'Neill Patient Solicitors LLP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate Key Account Management plans to strengthen relationships and nurture opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Coordinate partner-driven change efficiently, to agreed timescales and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner interactions and escalations.
  • Produce timely and accurate partner management information and commentary.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management within the legal services industry.
  • Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and remortgage operations and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data, market trends, and client feedback to drive business growth.
