We're committed to providing high-quality care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Manual handling, using equipment where required to ensure safe and efficient care
- Promoting customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full
We're seeking compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for our customers as if they were their own family. You'll need to have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. Excellent English language skills are also essential.
We offer a competitive rate of £10.35ph, increasing to £11.40ph on weekends and £20.70ph on bank holidays. You'll also receive 35p mileage allowance, 28 days holiday pro rata, and access to ongoing training and support. Our flexible working arrangements allow you to choose between full-time or part-time work, and we offer a pension scheme and smartphone technology to make your job easier.
