We are a growing care and support service that works across various supported living services in the Greater Manchester region.

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to live independently and make choices that shape their future.

Job Role

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at the Bungalows in Bury. As a Support Worker, you will work alongside a small team to provide 1-2-1 care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with showering, toileting, and hygiene requirements
  • Offering companionship and support with activities such as reading, movies, craft, and getting out and about in the local community
  • Supporting individuals to manage their wellbeing and independence
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
