About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Bury. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support service users to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user care and support.
