You will work with a dedicated team of staff supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their life goals and participate in their local community. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide respectful personal care, practical and emotional support, and assist service users to engage in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to service users
  • Assisting service users to participate in community activities and events
  • Working flexibly in shifts, including weekends and waking nights
  • Developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service

This role requires flexibility, empathy, and a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
