You will work alongside a friendly and dedicated team, supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their life goals and participate in their local community. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide respectful personal care, practical and emotional support, and assist service users to engage in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Supporting service users to participate in community activities and events
  • Developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Collaborating with colleagues and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
