About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Revelation Social Care Ltd. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support customers with their daily routines, including meal preparation and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness, understanding, and respect.

Requirements
  • Experience: not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Qualifications: ideally, a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. However, we also have walking positions available for those who prefer to use public transport.
