About the Role:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a 20-bed Dementia Ward in a nursing and residential care home in Abergavenny.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with dementia.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide support and education to residents and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN.
  • Up-to-date training certificates.
  • Experience working with dementia patients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
