Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and hard-working Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and communities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the dignity and autonomy of individuals
