About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Beech Grove. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support, taking direction from the individual and their support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as needed.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with the opportunity to earn an additional £60 per sleep-in.
