Enabling Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Beech Grove. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support, taking direction from the individual and their support plan.
- Maintain accurate records and administer personal care and medication as required.
- Cover sleep-in sessions and receive an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Beech Grove is an Independent Living service run by Livability, a disability charity that connects people with their communities. We provide flexible, client-driven care and support to individuals with a wide range of needs and living situations.
