We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our team, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of success in sales management. They will be confident in their ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- To identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- A strong background in engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including £52,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as car allowance and training opportunities.
