About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Education Director to lead our student development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the personal and academic development of our students, driving up standards, and ensuring each student feels supported and motivated to achieve their best.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position that requires a non-teaching Head of Year to work closely with an inspiring Assistant Headteacher. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pastoral care and be passionate about guiding young people.
