Pharmacist - Patient-Centred Care Specialist

We are seeking a Pharmacist for our location in Surrey, BC to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations.
  • Provide private consultations to patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
  • Offer clinical services, including medication management and health screening.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Pharmacist licence and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification and proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training.

Compensation Details:

$44.00 - $47.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
