About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the SWL Elective Orthopaedic Centre. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and efficient pharmaceutical services to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Requirements

  • General Pharmaceutical Council registration.
  • Certificate in clinical pharmacy (at least 12 months complete and working towards 18 months).
  • Post-registration UK hospital experience (min 18 months).
  • Experience of providing services to a broad variety of patients.
  • Demonstrate evidence of good clinical knowledge and skills.
