Person Specification
Qualifications
- Professional qualification - General Pharmaceutical Council registration.
- Certificate in clinical pharmacy (at least 12 months complete and working towards 18 months).
Experience
- Post-registration UK hospital experience (min 18 months).
- Experience of providing services to a broad variety of patients.
- Demonstrate evidence of good clinical knowledge and skills.
- Experience of having provided pharmacy services to surgical specialties.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills, self and others.
- Ability to motivate self and others.
- Drug usage review/evaluation/audit experience.
