Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification - General Pharmaceutical Council registration.
  • Certificate in clinical pharmacy (at least 12 months complete and working towards 18 months).

Experience

  • Post-registration UK hospital experience (min 18 months).
  • Experience of providing services to a broad variety of patients.
  • Demonstrate evidence of good clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Experience of having provided pharmacy services to surgical specialties.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Good organisational skills, self and others.
  • Ability to motivate self and others.
  • Drug usage review/evaluation/audit experience.
