Company Overview

A leading retail business in Dorset is seeking a Strategic Brand Development Manager to drive brand growth and consistency across all touchpoints.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage yearly brand activities, develop brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all brand assets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing core lifestyle photoshoots, developing seasonal campaigns, and creating engaging content across email, print, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Manage brand guidelines, including tone of voice, look and feel, imagery, and typography
  • Ensure consistency across all brand assets, including packaging, advertising, and website
  • Plan and execute core lifestyle photoshoots, including styling and props
  • Develop and manage seasonal campaigns and launches across digital and social media
  • Create engaging content across email, print, and digital channels
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
  • Strong understanding of brand development and management
  • Excellent creative flair and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of photography, videography, and digital assets
  • Experience in growing followers and engagement across social media channels
