As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supplying essential data to our team regarding candidates and the recruitment market. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in research, talent pipeline management, and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research industry news and developments to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
  2. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and communities to attract top talent.
  3. Provide valuable insights and competitive intelligence to inform our talent acquisition strategy.
  4. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to advise on search strategies and optimize recruitment processes.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Master's degree or equivalent by experience and 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer. Proficiency in office software and ATS/database systems is also required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to excel in this role.
