About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established European manufacturer of multi-point locking systems. Your primary focus will be on expanding our presence in the East Midlands / East region, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the multi-point locking systems market. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell multi-point locking systems directly to fabricators and distributors in the target region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong knowledge of the multi-point locking systems market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
