**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Bank Office Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in the NHS. This role will involve providing administrative support to our management team, answering phone calls, handling files, and meeting with visitors.

In this varied role, you will need to demonstrate strong administrative skills, good communication skills, and a confident telephone manner. You will also be required to engage with residents and their families, and show prospective clients around our facilities.

About the Position:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Salary Range: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
