Job Title: Account / Recruitment Resourcer

We are seeking an experienced and confident Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our fast-paced and dynamic Employment Agency. Due to further expansion, we require a skilled individual to support our existing consultants, branch manager, and MD in a variety of duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
  • Respond to candidate applications via email and book appointments
  • Prepare and source CVs
  • Manage recruitment databases and Microsoft Office applications
  • Handle inbound calls from clients and candidates
  • Perform general administration tasks, including online file scanning and visa checks
  • Support social media marketing and online job board sourcing
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate good teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related industry is an advantage
