Head of Claims Resolution

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Head of Claims Resolution to join our team at Activate Group Limited. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for resolving claims and providing an optimal customer experience.
The role involves analyzing performance data to predict and manage performance, collaborating with group functions to deliver customer contractual commitments, and identifying areas for improvement through audit, customer challenge, and feedback.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze performance data to predict and identify exceptions in claims resolution.
- Collaborate with group functions to ensure delivery of customer contractual commitments.
- Identify areas for improvement through audit, customer challenge, and feedback.
- Develop targeted improvement plans to enhance solutions and customer experience.
- Ensure all team members meet required standards and have relevant knowledge of regulatory and customer requirements.
**Benefits:**
- Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
