Mental Health Nurse Vacancy

We are recruiting a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. This role involves providing expert care and support to service users with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Nursing Care: Deliver exceptional care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
  • Mentorship: Support and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive care records, reflecting changes in service users' conditions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
  • NMC registration
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: £33,000-£38,000 (up to £19.50 per hour)
