Eclectic Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly respected top 500 law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary/PA to join their esteemed Litigation Team.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proven ability to support legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to solicitors and partners
  2. Efficiently manage file compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organisation
  3. Produce high-quality court bundles and essential legal documents
  4. Maintain accuracy in typing and document preparation
  5. Apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case
  6. Audityping tasks
  7. Operate within a case management system to monitor case progress.
We are looking for:
  1. Minimum of 5 years experience in litigation support
  2. Experience in producing and organising legal documentation
  3. Excellent attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in using case management systems
  5. Lexcel-accredited firm experience desirable
