Job Description

**Job Title:** Junior Operations Associate

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Operations Associate to join our team at RM Education. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our eAssessment and eMarking services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing proactive support and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including CRM's and ASC's, to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of operational procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of service management methodologies, such as ITIL, is desirable.
