We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Financial Planning Expert to join our team at Cavendish Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for producing high-quality review documents and suitability reports, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice.
  • You will work closely with our Managing Director and team of Advisers to deliver exceptional client service and meet deadlines.
  • You will research product suitability and services using relevant tools, ensuring that our clients have access to the best whole-of-market advice.
  • You will input into and follow our Company Central Investment Proposition, ensuring that our clients' investments are aligned with their goals.
  • You will prepare and present technical paperwork to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed and satisfied.
  • You will maintain open communication channels with Providers, Advisers, Clients, and Administrators to ensure smooth business operations.
  • You will keep up-to-date records and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Paraplanner.
  • Excellent technical knowledge across a range of areas.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software systems.
