Job Title: Paraplanning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Specialist to join our team at Vanilla Recruitment (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our wealth management firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial planning and assistance to high-net worth clients.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with financial advisers to prepare detailed plans, conduct research, and analyse complex financial scenarios.
  • Responsibilities include complex suitability report writing, reviewing investment portfolios, and developing effective systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a drive for results are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • DipPFS qualified or studying, with minimum 3 years paraplanning experience in a similar environment.
  • Understanding of investments, pensions, protection planning, and inheritance tax from a wealth management background.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including Intelligent Office, Mortgage Brain, Dynamic Planner, and Selectapension is desirable.
