We are a forward-thinking financial planning firm seeking a skilled and innovative Comprehensive Paraplanning Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for producing high-quality documents and reports, including review documents and suitability reports.
- You will work closely with our Managing Director and team of Advisers to deliver exceptional client service and meet deadlines.
- You will conduct thorough research on product suitability and services, ensuring that our clients have access to the best whole-of-market advice.
- You will contribute to the development of our Company Central Investment Proposition, aligning our clients' investments with their goals.
- You will prepare and present technical paperwork to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed and satisfied.
- You will maintain effective communication channels with Providers, Advisers, Clients, and Administrators to ensure seamless business operations.
- You will stay up-to-date with legislative changes and attend relevant seminars and briefings to enhance your knowledge.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Paraplanner.
- Excellent technical knowledge across a range of areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software systems.
