- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What we offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.00
- Temporary position with potential for extension
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, Friday 08:30 am to 04:30 pm
- Online timesheets and weekly pay
